JAMES H.LOHR graduated cum laude from law school in 1980. He has worked in private practice and as in-house counsel for a major insurance carrier. He has lectured on trying Michigan no-fault cases. He has argued several cases in the appellate courts including the published decision in the case of Bearden V. Georgia, 461 US 60 (1983).
